Epstein’s Rogue Warrior
Part 1:Richard Marcinko, Epstein, Earl Anthony Wayne, SEAL Team Six, and the Mexico nexus.
In the deluge of files that are released through the Epstein Files Transparency Act, there are an untold number of plots that, while less salacious than others on the surface, offer us an in depth view into the Epstein network. One such incident has been revealed through the latest files release, and sheds light on Epstein’s oft under discussed activity in Mexico. While Epstein’s Little St. James Island and the New Mexico Zorro Ranch have become famous; there has been almost no discussion or photos of his residencies in Cancun, Cozumel, or Playa del Carmen that we are aware of. Nevertheless, Epstein’s activity in Mexico appears to be prolific, as he flew there hundreds of times, hosted ‘parties’ in Cancun, Tulum, and Playa del Carmen, and met with prominent officials, including the former President of Mexico, the ‘frontman of neoliberalism’ Carlos Salinas de Gortari. Emails show that, to the glee of the chorus of Epstein’s creepy and powerful friends, Epstein was importing ‘models’ from other countries to attend his raucous parties. These ‘parties’ must have generated an entire vault of compromising material that was in the possession of the Rogue Warrior himself, former SEAL Team Six Commander Richard Marcinko.
The new files give a look into a frantic US intelligence shadow war against Mexican Federal Police and an American private investigator that was waged in the weeks leading up to Epstein’s death.
While it is unclear what Kenneth Darrel Turner actually did for employment past his US Air Force service, he was clearly some sort of private investigator. It is possible he once served US intelligence and later started his own firm. A background check included in the files list these as his former employers.1 Perhaps “Turner Marketing Systems” was his firm.
Ken Turner had been deputized by the Mexican government to investigate “a child sex ring in and around Mexico City”.2 Turner had been investigating this ring from 2000-2017 and by 2018 returned to America and provided the FBI with all information he had, “...regarding sex trafficking with minors that involves ex-Navy SEAL commander, Richard Marcinko and ex-USA Ambassador in Mexico, Earl Wayne Anthony.”
Apparently the FBI had no interest in pursuing these leads, as Turner contacted the FBI National Threat Operations Center (NTOC) from Mexico on July 19th, 2019, just thirteen days after Epstein was arrested. In the July 2019 contact, Turner fills the FBI in on a 2014 raid by Mexican Federal Police on the American Embassy. Obama appointed Ambassador Earl Anthony Wayne was present for the raid but fled the country immediately and promptly retired from government, going on to fulfill positions with the American University’s School of International Service, Board for the Mexico Institute at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, the Atlantic Council, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies. More on his alleged crimes later.
During the July 19th contact Turner also informed the FBI NTOC that in June 2019 alongside Mexican Federal Police he found a vault, “...containing approximately 10,000 videos of minors from Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico and some white girls that later on was determined they had been brought into Mexico from South Africa by now convicted and in a Mexican prison, Mr. Nissan.”
Turner claimed that some of the videos had Epstein in them, alongside “a very prominent figure from the United States”. Turner believed Marcinko sought to blackmail Epstein. Turner also said the findings had been shared with then Mexican President AMLO, and that he had given Turner permission to contact the FBI. Apparently, the US Embassy was not happy with any of this. The US’s displeasure is evidenced by Turner’s partner (Jorge) getting his arm amputated or ‘chopped off’ in an unspecified incident.
“Turner said the American Embassy in Mexico doesn't want to admit they have agents in charge of investigating him. Turner knows what he is doing is very dangerous that even one of his partners' arm was cut off.”3
It seems that Turner was handed off to the FBI-NYPD Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force, as he would later email with NYPD Detective Walter E. Harkins. In a July 19th email, presumably to Detective Harkins, Turner states, “We all are under threat from US Agents here so we try to be very careful about how we talk and where. When you talk to Jorge ask him who I was referring to when I said ‘high powered individual’ who has threatened him, me and maryna and who spoke to the President of Mexico last week and told him he would not back off on the threats towards us three.” The collaboration between FBI-NYPD and Turner confirms that the investigation by Mexican authorities on Marcinko and Ambassador Wayne was real. Therefore, adding veracity to every specific detail and claim Turner makes throughout his dialogue with the FBI-NYPD.4
One can only speculate who this “high powered individual” is, but considering the timing of this email and Trump’s extensive involvement with Epstein, it is plausible that Turner was referring to Trump himself. Especially if these threats against Turner and his team were being issued directly to AMLO, it’s hard to think of many other people that would have a direct line to the Mexican President. At this point Turner and his Mexican counterpart Jorge Gonzalez had Richard Marcinko in custody in a secret location- and Epstein was still alive.
Simultaneous to Turner’s investigation, Trump issued a new and unprecedented threat against the Mexican State and President Lopez Obrador. In June, seemingly out of nowhere, Trump threatened AMLO stating that, ‘because of illegal immigration’, he would be forced to impose an aggressive tariff regime on Mexico. It should be noted that this was before Trump’s current tariff craze. The Trump regime, up to June 2019, deployed two rounds of sweeping tariffs. First, a targeted tariff on aluminum imports from Canada and Mexico, and the other, an escalation in the ongoing trade and tariff war against China. These tariffs seemed different. They were not designed to protect specific industries or in the context of a broader trade war. The reason, “the invasion of immigrants in the United States of America,” is alarmingly vague. How could Mexico stop immigration? Was this actually an excuse for Trump to achieve a more ‘personal’ victory? An official White House statement,5 dated May 30, 2019, declares:
…starting on June 10, 2019, the United States will impose a 5 percent Tariff (erroneously capitalized throughout the document) on all goods imported from Mexico. If the illegal migration crisis is alleviated through effective actions taken by Mexico, to be determined in our sole discretion and judgment, the Tariffs will be removed. If the crisis persists, however, the Tariffs will be raised to 10 percent on July 1, 2019… if Mexico still has not taken action to dramatically reduce or eliminate the number of illegal aliens crossing its territory into the United States, Tariffs will be increased to 15 percent on August 1, 2019, to 20 percent on September 1, 2019, and to 25 percent on October 1, 2019. Tariffs will permanently remain at the 25 percent level unless and until Mexico substantially stops the illegal inflow of aliens coming through its territory.
We can assume that the ‘discretion and judgement’, indicated in the statement, referred to Mexico bailing out Trump’s pedophile buddies, who were operating a pedophile sex trafficking ring in Mexico, involving the US ambassador and founder of SEAL Team Six. Trump, in his second term, has learned that he can threaten nations with tariffs to garner specific personal favors.
Curiously, the tariff regime levied against Mexico in the summer of 2019, ended without Mexico signing an agreement regarding ‘illegal immigration’ (or any agreement, for that matter). Instead, Mexico promised to maintain the existing program requiring asylum seekers to wait in Mexico before approval of their asylum requests. In other words, Trump touted a false victory, which was no different from the status quo.6 Afterwards, a hoard of American racists cheered, ecstatic that America defeated its neighbours. However, all the while, American pedophiles (Trump’s buddies) that prayed upon poor Mexican children escaped justice.
Turner and his team were attacked even more vigorously following their July 19th contact with the FBI, as he would send this extreme weight bearing email to Detective Harkins on July 27.
Turner is describing the extensive efforts taken by the US government to cover up the Epstein scandal in real time, attempting to snuff out people in Mexico that could easily link Trump and Epstein. Who knows how many other spots throughout the world the US and intelligence agencies were tying up loose ends in Summer 2019. If Turner saw Prince Phillip as “small fry”, one can only assume much of the US-led imperialist world order is in those tapes.
Turner and his partner’s experience is a perfect case study in the ways American operatives die abroad. The US agents that died in shootouts with Turner’s team were programmed to kill psychopaths that happily died in service of their pedophilic zionist imperialist masters. And the reasons for their deaths were concealed to their families and the public. The full lawlessness of the US empire is on display in this one email; secret agents running around killing officials of foreign governments, a lead diplomat impregnating a child and bribing a foreign government to have some random imperial foot soldier serve his sentence while he continues his life of sin in D.C., and horrifying child abuse ‘parties’ being held at U.S. Embassy controlled housing. This is what American tax dollars pay for, Epstein parties and mass murder. Crimes committed and covered up by a series of Democrat and Republican led governments. This is true American freedom in its highest form, unbridled neo-colonialism and imperialism.
After arranging a phone call, Turner updates the detective with news of his nephew's death in the Dayton, Ohio mass shooting.
The circumstances of Logan Turner’s death are extremely tragic, and while there is a broader discussion to be had about the possible causes of the Dayton mass shooting, it is quite the coincidence that Logan would die in this horrific manner while his uncle was in Mexico facing down the full might of the U.S. intelligence apparatus.
Turner emails Harkins again on the day Epstein is announced dead, “Just heard about Epstein. Based upon what we have discovered here and who was involved here in Mexico we don’t beleieve it was suicude. When you have 5 minutes you need to listen to what we have as evidence.” Potentially implying that if the Trump administration is directly involved with the exhaustive and violent coverup in Mexico, the same administration may have murdered Epstein.7
The next email is from August 14th, 4 days after Epstein dies.8
Yet another instance of American neo-colonialism on display, treating the children of Mexico like the de facto property of American elites, who are sent around the world to be abused in the same manner as the Franklin trafficking ring and the SOS-Children’s Village operation.
Reading this email, we see a very familiar name being dropped. Being an uncommon name, it is safe to assume that the ‘Biden’ in question belongs to the Biden political family. It would be pure speculation to suggest which Biden it is, but we are reminded of Joe Biden’s numerous accusations of assault and sexual misconduct and Hunter Biden’s child pornography allegations. In addition, it is worth noting that Ambassador Wayne was an Obama appointee, and friend of Joe Biden. In 2012, Joe Biden visited Ambassador Wayne, and toured a historic catholic church in Mexico City.9
Turner would send another damning email, presumably to Harkins, on December 31st 2019.10
Turner corroborates countless pieces of evidence that show Epstein in collaboration with all stripes of ruling American imperialists and their accomplices, from Hollywood to the academy. So, are the actual duties of the US Ambassador to Mexico to act as the local pimp for the US elite, working with programmed to kill operators like Marcinko and traffickers like Epstein? When the full scope of Epstein and Marcinko’s relationship is considered it’s hard not to shudder at the thought of the tasks Marcinko was likely given by the trafficker. We know there were thousands of Epstein victims, and Marcinko and Epstein seemingly generated thousands of hours of CSAM on their own. Yet there are so few Epstein victims that we know of today, and the loudest that come forward are silenced. Marcinko could have been tasked with possibly killing victims, disposing of bodies, engaging in paramilitary-like warfare against the Mexican authorities or even American citizens like Ken Turner. It would be easy to chalk up disappearances or murders of young girls to gang warfare or cartel violence. Coincidentally, this is the same tactic Trump uses to wage war on nations, garner personal favors, and cover up horrific crimes. Blame ‘cartels’ to go to war with entire nations. To understand the full, psychotic potential of Marcinko under the command of Epstein and the US Embassy, it’s worth analyzing his past and the American operator ethos.
In any normal society, soldiers engaging in combat so emotional, vicious, or cruel that the fighting resembles a personalized vendetta would be considered strange or even base or onerous. In empires, we like to call these people ‘warriors’. Every empire throughout history has had their elite class of mythologized warriors. The nordic kingdoms of old had their leagues of vikings who vandalized the civilizations of the Celts, Scots, and Francs. In ancient Japan, samurai maintained political and economic control through a brutal enforcement of a strict feudal system where they enforced the will of the Shogun on the condition of receiving title and land grants. Every once in a while, this delicate system would explode in a cacophony of ultra violent spectacle where various Shoguns of differing prefectures would wage absolute war on one another. It is also of no coincidence that the idealized image of the Arthurian knight returned to popularity during the Anglo-Invasion of Ireland in 1169. The colonization of Ireland, which would spawn the dawn of an imperial Britain that would be responsible for great crimes, genocides, and continues to this day.
In the free nation of the United States of America, our culture has strewn far from stories of chivalrous Arthurian knights or fearsome ronin of great moral complexity. Instead, our bloodthirsty and frightening warriors have stripped the warrior narrative, that yes, historically contained said base violence, of its moral complexity, enlightenment, and courageousness. In America, values like courage and enlightenment begotten through conflict no longer exist. We just have ‘operator culture’ remaining. The culture that has as its creed “Find the enemy, kill him”, no time to think about the nature of war or violence or revenge. Thinking is for communists and effeminate men. So, the great warrior epics of our time are told through Kick Streams and podcasts and gallant knights have been replaced with drunk divorcees arguing over who ‘actually’ killed Osama Bin Ladin.
Operator Culture (or murderous psychotic veterans exaggerating their stories to the point of self mythology for financial gain) can arguably be traced back to one man. Richard Marcinko. The ‘founder’ of SEAL Team Six, convicted felon, and author of the Rogue Warrior series.
Long before Marcinko would gallivant around the world killing people and then later sell books about killing people, Marcinko was born at the epicenter of coal country in Lansford, Pennsylvania which is situated in aptly named Carbon County. Marcinko characterized his upbringing as tough. He grew up in relative poverty in a household of first generation Yugoslavian Americans. His father abused him as a child, and was known to have a nasty temper. To summarize a childhood in one line, Marcinko said of his family and the town: “All the men in the family- and virtually every male in Lansford as well— were miners. They were born, they worked in the mines, they died.”11 Marcinko enlisted in the US Navy at 17.
Although he originally enlisted to be a radioman in the Navy, Marcinko was eventually accepted to be a ‘frogman’ or a member of the Underwater Demolition Team. The Underwater Demolition Team were amphibious units created during World War Two to solve specific problems the Allied forces faced on the pacific front. American landings in small pacific islands and atolls often failed because the Japanese forces entrenched themselves on the small islands, mined the beaches, and created obstacles that increased the difficulty of landing. The amphibious units, or frogman, landed on beaches in advance of regular units to clear obstacles to make the islands ripe for a successful landing. The success of the UDT in the Pacific theatre of World War 2 allowed for the eventual creation of an even more specialized, secretive, and unconventional unit which became known as the SEALs. Marcinko was in the Navy during this transitional period from UDT forces to SEALs and he would become an early member of the Navy SEALs.
Marcinko, a notorious self-promoter, claimed to have participated in the assault on Ilo Ilo Hon and the Châu Đốc Urban Engagement during the Tet Offensive. Ilo Ilo Hon is considered, by many accounts, to be the SEALs most successful operation in Vietnam because of the killing and capturing of multiple members of the Viet Cong. Although Marcinko was awarded for his participation in the assault with a Bronze and Silver star, it is curious that this ‘battle’ is the one that Marcinko most mentions when discussing his time in Vietnam.12 Marcinko was most probably a participant in many other massacres and disreputable actions in Vietnam, massacres that the SEALs were known for.
Take for example the tragic episode of the massacre in Thanh Phong village February 25th, 1969 where Lieutenant Bob Kerrey led a raid on the isolated village, which was said to be a hotspot of Vietcong activity. The village was considered a “free fire” zone meaning that every soul inhabiting the village, including women and children, was considered ‘enemy combatants’. Bob Kerrey and his SEALs entered several huts in the remote village, and opened indiscriminate fire on the civilians living there. According to fellow SEAL Richard Kahn, Kerrey ordered his men to “kill them and get out of there”.13 Survivor Bui Thi Luom, 12 years old at the time of the massacre, bore witness to this chilling incident when the SEALs came into her family’s hut, opened fire, killed 15 members of her family, and left Luom as the sole survivor of the attack. In total, up to 21 people were killed in the massacre. Far from facing punishment, Kerrey would be rewarded for his ‘service’ to his country by winning a bronze star for the ‘Battle of Thanh Phong’ and a Medal of Honor in a separate so-called ‘battle’. He later had a long successful career as a businessman, Governor, and US Senator where he would ‘proudly’ serve on the 9/11 commission. Kerrey, in his time as a respected politician would befriend many infamous figures including Jeffery Epstein, with whom he attended many private dinners that included esteemed guests such as Woody Allen and Ehud Barak.1415
The massacres in Vietnam were not isolated incidents of rogue soldiers making simple, yet devastating, mistakes. The indiscriminate murder of civilians was part of the Phoenix Program which saw these scattered massacres and ethnic cleansing as an appropriate psychological tool needed to engage the enemy in the battlefield of mental warfare. The killings were approved by top brass in the Army and Navy. They were analyzed by intelligence agencies. These killings, whilst indiscriminate, were clearly calculated. Ideologically, the program predicted that the many massacres carried out by American GI’s, which included many Navy SEALs, would bore into the psyche of the Vietnamese soldiers and people. Thus intimidating them, leading to a psychological, moral, and then actual defeat. This inhumane tactic did not work, but it did not stop the targeted killing and ethnic cleansing that the program became known for. In the end, over 25,000 Vietnamese civilians were targeted and killed by men like Marcinko and Kerrey who orchestrated hundreds upon hundreds of Thanh Phongs.
Marcinko, after his time in Vietnam came to a close, was promoted to lieutenant commander and he became a naval attache advising forces in Cambodia. Other than vague statements from Marcinko about training allied forces, we do not know what Marcinko did in Cambodia. For a notorious self-aggrandizer, Marcinko has stayed relatively mum on the topic. However, we do know that the US secret war on Cambodia was particularly brutal. From 1968-1973, the secret bombing campaign on Cambodia dropped 500,000 tons of explosives on the nation, more than all the bombs dropped on Japan during World War 2. Due to the secretive nature of the campaign, we do not exactly know how many people died, but because of the indiscriminate bombing, estimated deaths range up to 500,000. In 1970, the US sponsored a coup against Cambodian Prince Norodom, sparking a civil war that would claim the lives of millions of Cambodians. Later, the US funded and shared intelligence with the Khmer Rouge who carries out a brutal genocide of Viet, Tai, and Cham people, as well as a draconian crackdown on scientists, intellectuals, teachers, and the educated in general. On January 7th 1979, the cacophony of American backed insanity and unadulterated violence would come to a partial end after Vietnamese forces liberated the capital of Cambodia, Phnom Penh. Colonial violence still rattles the nation, since 1979, 25,000 people have been killed from unexploded landmines and other ordinances left behind during the savage American backed campaign against Cambodia. In other words, the United States has left behind ten 9/11’s, serving as a permanent reminder of the pervasive brutality of American imperialism.
Marcinko would continue his ascent in the Navy SEALs command. He was making a career out of killing and maiming, or as he would call it, he was becoming a professional warrior. After ‘Operation Eagle Claw’ failed to rescue the so called ‘hostages’ left behind in Tehran in the wake of the Iranian Revolution, Marcinko got his big break. He was tasked with creating a highly specialized unit of the Navy SEALs. This unit became the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) or SEAL Team Six. Officially, this group would have an elite technical skill necessary to rescue hostages and neutralize terrorists. They go through a notoriously intensive training period, where the human body is pushed to the absolute limit. In reality, SEAL Team Six is an assembly of thuggish assassins, the naval representative of JSOC, and their answer to the Army’s Delta Force. JSOC and SEAL Team Six would later be responsible for the killing of civilians, drug trafficking, arms trafficking, sexual violence, and human trafficking.
The long history of SEAL Team Six has many sad and sordid stories of these crimes. In fact, the criminal rap sheet of the organization is so long that you simply cannot list them all in a book, let alone a Substack article. However, it is worth mentioning the role SEAL Team Six played in the child sex trade in Afghanistan. In rural Afghanistan and Turkmenistan, there is a fringe practice of older men ritually abusing young boys (and occasionally girls). Known as bacha bazi, or ‘boy play’, the practice often involved sexual slavery, ritualized dance, and forced cross dressing. The Taliban condemned this practice, and killed anyone who participated or supported it. After the US invasion of Afghanistan in 2001, and the Taliban was removed from power, the practice exploded in popularity. Historically a fringe practice, after 2001, bacha bazi was, suddenly, extraordinarily popular. This fact was especially true of the corrupt drug and human trafficking class of warlords that the US employed in the ‘fight’ to ‘liberate’ Afghanistan from the rule of Afghans. A US funded report, by Afghan Security forces found 5,753 instances of sexual abuse of young boys and girls by said US backed Afghan Security forces.16 It is safe to assume this number is much higher, especially if you take into account a separate report that stated that 65 percent of US personnel surveyed were aware of the abuse of young boys by the US funded and trained partners in Afghanistan17. If you are skeptical of the report, take for example, the story of Green Beret Charles Martland. Martland was discharged for beating an ‘Afghan Police Commander’ who he saw raping a young boy. Other soldiers were told by commanding officers that there was ‘nothing we can do’ about the horrific sexual abuse perpetrated by US allies in Afghanistan. Far from a secret, the practice is openly discussed on veteran and military message boards. On this Reddit thread,18 a veteran claims to have seen a young boy with terrible injuries from sexual abuse. This litany of evidence proves that JSOC, including SEAL Team Six, would be punished if they got in the way of the sex trade of minors in Afghanistan. In fantastical books, written by egotist aggrandizers, like Marcinko, the Navy SEALs are as vicious as they are valiant. In the real world, they operate as the muscle for the global sex trade. Killing those who bravely stand up to sex trafficking and assault.
Operators like Marcinko are too valuable to just discard when their ‘official’ careers are over. They fulfill all sorts of useful roles; acting as hitmen, drug and human traffickers, fixers, private security, pimps, and propagandists. Through them the legacy of Phoenix and GLADIO live on; in the streets of Mexico, America, Palestine, and throughout the world. They are the lynchpins in a grand strategy of tension that unleashes seemingly random acts of individualized and mass violence on societies. They never stop being a frogman, and in this world there is no lack of wet work. Behind every network like Epstein’s is a legion of men like Marcinko who are granted a peek behind the curtain, but only because they’re needed to clean up the messes created by their significantly more powerful bosses.
